Where do I find my AnyDesk number?
Open AnyDesk on the console computer. Your 9-digit address is shown under “Your Desk” — copy it into the form.
How fast will you reply?
We reply within one business day, usually much sooner. Keep your ticket reference for any follow-up.
Can I follow my ticket?
Yes. With a Rutherford account, every ticket and its status appears under My account → Support, and we email you whenever the status changes.
